Paul Davis Restoration

I now regret hiring this company and if you have not then I suggest that you "run" while you have a chance...do not hire them. They had a good talk game with a lot of promises of how they will do things, but do not hold true on promises. Also, what they do not tell you is that they hire local general contractors which are not qualified, low budget to them and in my case very disrespectful as well as not doing good work. I contracted them to replace an interior and storm door. They have made 6-trips to my house and still it is not right and they get upset when you complain about the work. The door is crooked, does not close properly, leaks and so much more. I am just tired of them coming and at this point will when I get the monies have someone to properly repair what they have messed up. This has been my worse experience ever with a company. I had to end up calling the corporate office and even then it was just a loop around. So much that I can't even write all that has gone unprofessional and substandard about this company. All, I can say is that you need to look for another company.

I submitted my claim with Liberty Mutual the night of our incident. Paul Davis Restoration called that same night to let us know they would be over the next morning. Mathew was very professional and knowledgeable and quickly accessed our damage and went to work to mitigate the issue. He kept in contact with us and assured us no further damage to our sub-floor would occur.

The service was prompt, efficient, and easy. Matt was available for every question that I had. I truly felt like they cared about what they were doing. Unfortunately that’s a rare quality these days! And so I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much for helping out when the tree fell on my house!

Everyone at Paul Davis Restoration has been absolutely the greatest! They all have handled themselves very professionally, with courtesy & personably. Brantley, Bonnie, Christian, Noah, Shevil, Karl, & Matthew are wonderful people to work with during such a stressful time. They all made themselves available, any hour of the day, for any questions and concerns I had. They made me feel as if I was family & treated with respect, kindness & understanding. They really deserve to receive exemplary recommendation for all their hard work & for being rare individuals in business. I couldn't thank them enough for all their hard work & seeing things through until the end. Even though I'm happy to have my house fully repaired & restored, I will truly miss seeing them. Thank you all!
